A Legacy in Every Bite

This is more than a biscuit.
This is a legacy.

It started with my uncle in Batangas. He held the secret recipe for the legendary Batangas Special Paborita — a biscuit so loved, so nostalgic, it tasted like childhood in every bite.

When he passed, his master bakers scattered. New bakeries opened. They used his recipe. They grew successful.

But none of them were the original.

So I found one of his elite bakers. I brought the fire back home. I revived Lorzano's Paborita — the real one. The first. The authentic.

Today, we fight daily challenges to keep that legacy alive. We moved the heart of the bakery not to Batangas, but to Bicol — the hometown of my beloved wife.

And because a legacy should grow, we now bring you more than cookies: Authentic Pancit Bato. DLZ Pancit Bato. DLZ Pili Nuts.
